Free Methodists seek the power of the Holy Spirit to visit our churches and communities, igniting a Spirit-Fueled Movement in our day. We desire to see the wounded healed, the broken-hearted encouraged, the lame walk, the dead be brought back to life, the darkness overcome with the light of Christ, and the Kingdom of God advance. Movements like this can only happen when the power of the Holy Spirit is unleashed through people who surrender themselves entirely to the Lord and His service. Rev. Lisa Lahring
Pastor Lisa is an ordained Elder in the Free Methodist Church, having been appointed as pastor to Durand in 2013. She has served in many different areas of church ministry through her life and was called to ordained ministry in the mid 1990's. She and her husband Alan have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. She serves as President of Durand Area Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, a community ministry that has served Durand and surrounding areas for over 35 years.
